How to learn

selftransmeditation is easy and simple to learn for lifelong benefits in seven steps

First step- intro lecture: introducing the effect of STM in all basic four areas of life i.e. psychological growth: improvement of mental intelligence and energy, physiological growth: health improvement, sociological growth: improvement in behavior and relationship with family and society, ecological growth: developing orderliness and disciplines in the environment including inner peace (1 hour)

Second step - advance intro lecture: types of meditation, specialties of STM and its traditional source, functioning of its scientific and systematic qualities to make it universal (1 hour).

Third Step - Pre instruction interview: Personal meeting with a qualified teacher of STM shortly (10 to 15 minutes)

Fourth step - Main instruction (Personality): personal meeting with a qualified teacher of STM for instruction (1 hour).

Fifth sixth and seventh steps- compulsory consecutive three meetings with a qualified teacher of STM for correcting and verifying the process of meditation. discussion about the experience and achievements in life.

Regular meeting in whole life - participating weekly, monthly to exchange thoughts and experiences of practice in group.
